Ongoing Events:

We began our Connected Learning Journey @1440 Multiversity – Virtual Retreat during the weekend of March 20-22, 2020.

The 1440 Connected Learning Vision Journey Participants chose to continue with bi-monthly meetings for well over a year, learning from others and then from one another as we shared personal biographies.

Our current work is exploring a convergence we are finding between Western science and other knowledge systems, to widen our lens into more complex systems and ways of knowing.

Past Events:

TEDCountdown 2021 Featuring science philosopher Nicholas Maxwell, and the work of Lousie Livingstone

TEDCountdown 2020 Air. Earth. Fire. Water.

Book Talks

We recommend the book From Knowledge to Wisdom , by philosopher Nicholas Maxwell of University College London.

On Nicholas Maxwell:
“I have devoted much of my working life to arguing that we need to bring about a revolution in academia so that it promotes wisdom and does not just acquire knowledge. I have published eleven books on this theme, starting with What’s Wrong With Science?”

Maxwell’s full profile can be found on PhilPeople.
